Blue Bombers' Grant out With Ankle Injury

Returner Boasts Five Games This Season

Team Will Be Without Him This Week

WINNIPEG, MB - The Winnipeg Blue Bombers will be without receiver/returner Janarion Grant this week due to an ankle injury.

Grant, who has been working his way back from an ankle injury that kept him out of the last 10 games, was absent from practice all week. He has been placed on the six-game injured list.

The Blue Bombers are struggling in the return game, so Grant's absence is a big blow. In five games this season, he has 102 return yards and one touchdown.

The Blue Bombers will face the Toronto Argonauts on Friday night in Toronto. Kickoff is at 7:30 p.m. CT.
